Good Points

Hotspot SLX Basic Spa, easy to maintain, reasonably priced.


Bad Points

The company! Extended warranty is now worthless.
The replacement pump (replaced is now showing overheating problems with extended (more than 1/2 hour) use.


General Comments

I had an engineer out prior to them going into administration.
They were supposed to have ordered the part. It never happened. Watkins have taken them over and are washing their hands of all outstanding claims.
I can't get a straight answer as to whether my spa will be fixed or not. I have no intention of paying for a new pump from them.

In the current situation I would NOT, Definately NOT recommend this company to buy a Spa from.
