Frequent leaks & very expensive service


General Comments

We have had many problems with the Waterside MC250(19) unit. A major leak when the head collar failed flooded the kitchen, could have been an expensive insurance claim
The service is slow and very expensive, £92 call out!! Spares are not generally available so it cannot be serviced by an independent engineer
I would not recommend.
