Sometimes the items do not have the same luster as on TV.

I've bought twice from this company, wouldn't do it again unless the item really seemed irresistible.

    Why would you not buy from them again...? Surely you must have a problem other than the fact that it doesn't shine like it does on tv, or you wouldn't have given it such a bad rating. It would be helpful to explain why you wouldn't shop with them again.
