Thrilling! Complicated! Tells us about Rolands history and helps us understand where his character comes from. Changes our whole perspective of roland and since i love Jake, Dean, Sussanah and Oy too much i am not able to enjoy the book as much as i should because i keep wanting to get to the parts where they are. The book is amazing and i am totally biased.
