General Comments
I love this product. I use it daily. I use it constantly. I no longer have to ask the end-user if he/she has been seeing anything "different" lately. I can check their event logs, see the user and group rights, see and edit the registry, see services and add/remove/edit them, see processes running and stop the ones that need to be stopped, see all shares, access the local drives, see installed software apps, see the hotfixes, memory, hardware, network stacks, ............... Then throw in the remote control utility, the fact that I can start a remote session behind the scenes, or just a simple remote that does not crash or lag. If my company did not pay for this application, I would buy it myself. It is THAT good.
