Stylish and fairly easy to clean. When it made coffee, as long as you maintain factory settings it produced a good cup of coffee.

Cold Coffee on occasions, I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying. If you change the settings they are hard to retrieve unless you made a note of them, however this is suggested in the manual.

Owned my AEG PE9038M Alu Espresso Machine & Coffee Maker for 2 years 2 months, made around 60 cups of coffee. Now it is out of warranty and requires parts totalling £277.33 as suggested by a service engineer due to heat exchanger, conical springs, piston, o rings and elements. I cannot believe that such a renowned manufacturer produces such a poor quality product and charge what amounts to half the value of the machine for spare parts. I know it is out of warranty but only by 2 months and considering it has had minimal usage (60 ish) cups then I feel slightly dissapointed that AEG will not consider replacing the parts for free. Needless to say AEG make some excellent products, however this is not one of them. I will think twice and consider other manufacturers before buying an AEG appliance.
