Went skiing for new year to bulgaria for a cheapish holiday. Flights on EasyJet were £300 return which wasn't that cheap but was over the new year period. Flight back was delayed for 5 hours after we checked in due to bad weather. then they told us it was cancelled and told us to leave the airport at 2 in the morning with no help. We were stuck in the city with no information at all. managed to get a phone number to call at 11 the next day. we also managed to find out easy jet were not helping in any way with a hotel to stay in. It was a nightmare. we rang the number in the morning to find next flight they could put us on was in 3 days time!
