General Comments

I'm always a little unsure when it comes to buying on the internet and so I actually looked up reviews on this store before purchasing! Most were good so I felt confident enough to buy! I'm so glad I did! I picked my engagement ring from cool diamonds and they couldnt have helped me more! When I purchased the ring I didn't need it in a hurry, but then we set a date for the engagement party and so I wanted to have my ring for then! I emailed the store to see if it was possible and they replied that same day to let me know they would try, and would contact me as soon as it was made. They did, and only 3 days later I had it!! Its perfect and the communication and help from a company which I only ever dealt with online was amazing! It was the small things like that which made this happy time even better for me!
I know there's a bad review on this site from another customer but I honestly have no complaints and would recommend them if you are looking for a different, beautifully made and affordable ring!
