General Comments

I ordered Fifa 09 for the Wii for my son's christmas present on 2 December. They first sent me the PC version and so this was returned and advised that the correct version was dispatched on 12 December. It has never been received and as it was getting close to Chrsitmas I had to get it from elsewhere. I therefore emailed and advised that I would need a refund and that the game had never been received. They have sent a few emails now saying they will issue a refund when I return the item. Please tell me how I can return something I have never received. My latest email has not been replied to and I am beginning to wonder how many others have experienced the same problem.

    I had a similar problem and ended up sending email after email to their alleged Customer Support. 2 months later I finally got my money back. Unfortunately I think you have to persevere until you get one of their staff with any common sense what-so-ever
