Good Points

Nice design, decent power (680fps BB / 645fps pellet) and accurate.

Bad Points

Pump mechanism is a little flimsy. Gun is way too light (made almost entirely of plastic). For just 5-10 bucks more you can get the Crosman Classic 2100b, a far more superior air rifle.

General Comments

This gun looks and feels great for the most part. A good friend of mine owned this gun and swore it was the best. I found this gun to be quite accurate - although I'd recommend a scope of course. The pumping mechanism however was awkward and one day when another friend was pumping it, the part in front of his left hand below the barrel broke off. Gun worked fine but still, the fact that part of the gun broke off simply from pumping made me realize this gun is not exactly top-quality. I would say this air rifle is comparable to Daisy's Powerline 880. It's a toss up as to which is truly better although I personally think the Daisy Powerline 880 is a bit more durable. Though the Crosman Powermaster air rifle has decent velocity, I would highly recommend the Crosman Classic 2100b over the Powermaster any day.
