Good Points

Excellent customer service and they answer their phones very quickly indeed.


Bad Points

Quite expensive tariffs.


General Comments

I turned to O2 after very bad experiences with Vodafone and T-Mobile. Although they are quite expensive, their customer service and coverage is 1st rate. I had a Samsung G800 under contract and it stopped working - I thought it would be out of guarantee as it was over 12 months old but they explained that it was covered for the life of my 18-month contract and promptly sent it away for repair. They loaned me a phone. A replacement G800 was sent within the week as they could not repair my own phone.
