Did not refuse to insure my 20 year old cat.
General Comments
When my cat was diagnosed with diabetes they would only insure him for a year. I renewed my insurance in September 2008 for over £700 and when the cat died in November they paid out £218 and would not refund me the unused premium as other insurers do.
Would not recommend. Was unable to insure my cat with anyone else due to his age so I was stuck with them.
