Good Points

Been to Florida 5 times with travel city glad to see them back, we will be going with them again next year.


General Comments

We were there when the towers went down and I can say they looked after us very well we were only delayed 24 hours but we were put up in a good hotel given meals taken to the airport. Other people were delayed longer than us but were left in the airport for up to 3 days waiting for a flight. Also we were there last year when the operators went bust but we got a flight on the day we should have come home and we got home 1 hour earlier than we should have. Then you take into consideration the amount of people that were there and the difficult situation they were in. Travel City deserve to be No1 for Florida. I for one welcome them back as I thought I had lost a friend as they are the best people to go to florida with. I just hope the service and prices remain the same.

    I disagree with this review because TravelCity spoilt our holiday twice... how many chances do they need? It's not like they're even cheap anymore!!
