Good Points

We took four flights: JFK to Cairo - Nairobi-Cairo-JFK. Every one was on time. The Nairobi-Cairo-JFK had just a 1 hour gap and I was worried but there was no problem. All our luggage arrived with us ( this could have been a serious problem on a trip where our address changed daily.)


Bad Points

They screwed up one meal (served chicken in place of a vegetarian meal). But they handled it honestly (i.e., agreed they had screwed up) and quickly managed to improvise a vegetarian meal for five of us using food from First Class.


General Comments

This is the best way to go from JFK to Egypt (nonstop).
My one complaint is about their website. For example one cannot book on line using a credit card despite what they claim. Also their number is hard to reach and one agent told me no seats were available when in fact six were for our family.
In short: booking the trip - A pain , the trip itself :Excellent
