Good Points

They have a plus size range, clean stores.


Bad Points

The range is very limited, the staff I've dealt with have seemed fairly rude towards me and you can't exchange items without sending them in the post, I've also experienced faulty clothing and odd sizing.


General Comments

It's good to see a store with plus size clothing even if it's not a huge range, it's fairly cheap compared to other stores. Although i find the staff to seem fairly rude towards me each and every time I've been there, especially if I want to return something. I'm not sure if this is just in our branch (Taunton) but either way I feel their customer service is not something to be proud of.
I think the fact that you can't exchange items in store is ridiculous, i was told to send it in the post to the main office and they would issue a refund. Why give out receipts if you can't use them?
The quality of the clothes are good but on a couple of occasions I've found buttons missing or rips.
