General Comments

This is the second vehicle I have had with Welcome Finance I also has warranty and to be honest its not worth the paper its written on. Some staff promise you the world and make you travel to the end of the earth to look at vehicles which you don't want then they try to talk you into settling with whatever they have in stock. Once you drive off you think to yourself well at least I've got a car and then things start to go wrong. This is the second time I have been in problems due to electrical malfunction on a car provided by Welcome, you ring the aftersales team who then push you onto another department who then tell you to take tha vehicle to a garage of choice for it to be diagnosed only to be informed by the garage that Welcome will not pay for diagnostics even though they sent you there. The list goes on and to be honest you'd need all day to read this review.
