Good points, car was clean and in good condition. Still cheaper than competitors at airport. Bad points, Horrendous customer service skills when hiring a car at Alicante airport. Did not have the car we had been allocated. With all the extra charges you are likely to pay double what is printed on the preliminary voucher. They would not take cash. Did I mention the customer service? I was also billed for extra cleaning (£30) as there was a bit of mud on the car, and not notified they were going to take the money. If anyone is thinking of a new business, how about a car hire in Spain?
