Bad Points
My APR has been increased to 30.9%. Service is non-existent.
General Comments
When I queried why the interest rate had doubled, when base rates have fallen to 2%, they said it was to do with economic factors and my personal situation. I was shocked, as I have never missed a payment on any credit agreement. Is the 30.9% a reflection on me, or is everyone else being charged the same rate? Comments please...
