Good Points

Excellent staff, nice ship


Bad Points

If you eat in the free resturants the choice is limited Grand Pacific and Aliza have the same menu. Blue Lagoon is the same menu for the 2 weeks we were on board. The help your self was always cold, only good food was in Cagneys, 20 dollars each extra


General Comments

We were on the Norwegian Jade for Christmas and new year the staff are really helpfull and our cabin guy was great the food and entertainment was repetitive. There was no gala dinners at all. Day before leaving had a chocoholics buffet for one hour. All they want is to part you from your money, 55 dollars for a behind the scenes tour of the ship and dinner in Cagneys. When we asked about it said no dinner in Cagneys was a misprint. We had a good time your holiday is what you make it. Would not use NCL again will stick with P&O.
