Good Points

Feels comfortable to ride.


Bad Points

Rusts quickly, parts wear out quickly, it is hard to find a mechanic who will service the bike.


General Comments

Bought my Jinlun in June 2008, firstly found it hard to find somewhere that will service it as most bike shops will not touch it. My dealer did not supply a log book which the mechanic I eventually found thought was very odd. The gear rocker leaver became worn which made gear change very hard which meant I had to get it repaired. I was then stopped by the police on routine stop check who kindly pointed out the pannier metal frame was cracked and split around the weld, they informed me that this was because of the faulty weld on it. And as others have stated nuts and bolts are coming undone due to vibration of the bike. My number plate was one of the things that fell off. My advice is if you are buying new think of something different to spend your money on which is a bit more reliable. Or not to expect too much for your money.
