Good points, leaving. Bad points, Car vandalised, food poor, chalet dirty, Pantomime, poor entertainment, lack of bar staff. I would never go back to any Pontins site. I am currently in contact with them for my money back

    Myself and three friends,are coming to Pontins on mon 30th till fri 3rd,i am concerned after reading the reviews,what to expect!

    hi we went also to pontins xmas break 2008 we agree with your review we had a terrible time police where on site on a daily basis.a lot of familys that where in apartments near where we stayed all where moved or left early.staff where very unhelpfull .we could not take anymore and left early ourselfs.would never go again also asked for a refund still waiting now.

    we also went to pontins xmas break.we had a terrible time and left early as we couldnt stand it anymore.a lot of familys also left early .manager useless at pontins and reception staff very unhelpfull .we where told to put up with it or go home.police where on site on a daily basis.we would never go again.we tryed to get a refund but still waiting received money off voucher if you book again not a chance could not face it again.
