Good Points
None now. I'm now looking for an alternative provider who is honest in what they say they provide.
Bad Points
Capped usage at peak times
*Unexpected slowdowns. (i pay for 8 meg it drops to less than 20 kBytes sometimes)
*Useless customer support
*Premium charging rate customer support number (I've had to wait ages).
*No free router
*Random disconnections
*After disconnect sometimes i can't reconnect for hours
*Apparently you have to pay £40 to recieve your mac code for migration ?
*I don't get what I'm paying for in fact, I'm getting much much less.
General Comments
My download was less than 1 GByte per month. A very low user. The letter sent didn't bother me too much. (At the time). I started to use BBC iPlayer and it was hopeless. The movies broke up waiting for the download to catch up.
Download the film was stopped by whoever, whatever - it would have taken over 700 hours to download.
I can never contact anybody.
