General Comments

Absolutely the worst seats in the industry. Also really bad customer service.
1) When travelling Swiss air to Zurich, I started of in Luxembourg airport. It was the weekend before xmas, and there was quite a queue at the airport check in desk. Took about 30 minutes to check in.
2) Awful seats. The seats on the short flight to Zurich where cramped and extra thin. On the ZRH-BKK flight, the seats where super thin too, and there was no leg room what so ever. I was unable to change seating position the whole flight, (I am not big) and it was extremely uncomfortable 11 hours. Entertainment box takes up more space too.
3) Slow flight. The return flight from BKK-ZRH took 12 hours. Extra time had to be added due to landing restrictions in Zurich.
4) breakfast was serviced in a paper tray. You get hungry up there, and a crossiant and coffee is not really a good airline breakfast.
5) Had previoulsy called customer service, to find out about the situation in Bangkok. It took me 3 attempts and 28 minute wait to get an operator to answer the call. His response lasted 20 seconds. When I emailed customer service, it took 6 days to get a response.
