Good Points

A brilliant experience.


Bad Points

We have not found any bad points about our new Kitchen.


General Comments

My wife and I decided that we needed a new Kitchen and so we looked at various makes ie:- MFI - Magnet - Kitchens Direct - Homebase. We decided against Homebase because the backs of the cabinets were only made of thin hardboard. MFI were to dear. Kitchens Direct you could only see pictures of there products and Magnet did not have a selection big enough.
Wickes had lots of Kitchens and styles to suit everyone and there Kitchens were made of solid wood with solid wood backs to the cabinets which is what we wanted together with soft close doors. There Kitchen designer designed us a fabulous Kitchen and listened to what we had to say about the features that we wanted and he incorporated everything.
The overall finish on our Kitchen is excellent and our Kitchen Fitter certainly knows his job, apart from fitting the Kitchen and appliances he also sorted out the electrics and tiled the bare walls floor to ceiling he arranged for a plumber to install new pipe work for the Dishwasher and Washing Machine. My wife and I confirm that everything written above is based on our own opinions and experiences and that the information given above is factual to our knowledge. The Kitchen supplied by Wickes is Top Quality, was delivered on time and no parts were missing. The appliances supplied :- Zanussi gas on glass hob - Zanussi double multi conv oven - Zanussi washing machine - AEG chimney hood - Electrolux 50/50 fridge freezer and an Electrolux dishwasher all of these items are fully integrated were installed by our fitter and work perfectly.
Our fitter was so good that some of the kitchen parts supplied were not required and Wickes took them back and gave us a full refund with no questions asked. The service from Wickes is Great and we will no doubt be purchasing other items from them in the future.
