Good Points

Excellent Website, a lot of flexibility in creating photobooks


Bad Points

My money was debited when the order was placed
My delivery charge was not refunded even when my prints weren't delivered
I experienced poor Customer Service (by email)


General Comments

My order was placed on the 2nd December for delivery by Christmas. Part of the order never arrived. Two weeks of emails with customer service did not solve the problem. A call to customer service eventually revealed that the pictures were 'corrupted' (they seemed to be ok in the online preview on the website....). Eventually I had to cancel the order. My money was refunded - but not the delivery charge for the items that weren't delivered leaving me out of pocket.

I would never use snapfish again.

Note: In snapfish's favour, I called back and spoke to another customer service agent who was much more helpful and also refunded the delivery charge.

I would advise not to bother with emails, call customer service.
