Unless you count competitive prices....... but paying less and getting less service is a false economy!


General Comments

Where do I start? I don't think I have the time to list all my experiences with Aria Technology. But I will say one thing, they told me that my goods had been dispatched, yet when I called Citylink direct they had absolutely no record of a collection for my address.

I believe it's nothing to do with Citylink either, the service they provide round here is excellent (probably to do with the fact I am city based), and all my orders from Scan.co.uk arrived faultlessly with the same carrier.

I would advise anyone thinking of trying to save themselves a tenner on Aria not to be tempted by their cheap prices (because they are cheap, even I must admit). I would whole heartedly pay an extra £20 on a £100+ order on Scan.co.uk just to have the peace of mind it will actually be delivered when they say it will.

Unfortunately, Aria's system seems poorer than other stores I've used. It seems to constantly say 'Processing....' and I get ONE E-mail with a tracking number for Citylink which doesn't even exist on Citylinks own system!

Judging by the other reviews for Aria.co.uk I am not the only one, so I can at least find comfort in the fact my thoughts are shared with a lot of other people.

On a side note, their predicted turnover for next year of £30M is somewhat optimistic. I see no place for a company like this to be trading in the current environment, especially when there are other websites who get it right 99% of the time.
