Bad Points

Couldn't find delivery estimates on their website
No real time (or near real time) stock updates. It was a case of 'buy and hope'.
I found it hard to get an email reply from them; I've tried 3 times and received one reply.


General Comments

I can't comment on the product as I still haven't received it.
Ordered an item on 9 Dec. Money taken on 10th. I emailed on 18th to ask about delivery times - received no response.
I emailed again on 22nd explaining it was supposed to be a Christmas present - reply basically said 'call me' but left no number.
I scoured the website and called both numbers I found, one didn't seem to work and the other had no answer when I tried.
Figured I'd wait and see if it arrived. 5 Jan I've still not received it. I emailed again on the 3rd saying I want my money back and I'm still awaiting a reply.
