Bad Points

Hard to follow steps. They dont really tell you exactly how to do them. I just watched it through a couple of times before I did it properly to try and get used to the steps and after a while you get used to it!

General Comments

Really good workout and gets you moving loads! Great music that keeps you into the routine and the dancers are good too. They look great as well which makes me more determined to finish the whole routine which takes around an hour! Its my first workout dvd that I bought from HMV in a pack of 2 ministry of sound dvs for £15 and I don't think I'll buy any others because this one it perfect for me!
Great fast pace workouts and music that keeps you into the whole routines! Its enjoyable too and I haven't got bored of it yet!
