Lack of service and continuity of customer care.
General Comments
I have been with Natwest for 20 years and am utterly disgusted with there service I have received over last three months. Arranging finance, I met all criteria stated but goal posts moved every time met requirements, interest rates put up 1.5% when Bank of England reduced it by 1.5%, managers chopping and changing never informing myself, never called back and have to chase all the time to get anything done. I am now looking elsewhere as feel really let down especially when its our money thats bailed them out of the situation they helped create.
