General Comments

This is the first and last time we will fly with Iberia. This is by far the worst airline we've ever flown with. They had no entertainment systems that I know of. We were seated separately on both the outward and inbound trip and the queues to check-in were horrendous! They lost our bags and were unable to send them to the correct place. Finally, the headsets on both flights were faulty.
