Good Points

The best plane food among all carriers.


Bad Points

They have quite often lost my luggage (their worst fault, in my opinion); flights are frequently delayed; poor customer service (who do I complain to??)


General Comments

I had such a bad experience with Air France this holiday season that I intend to never waste my money on them again. They managed to lose our luggage both in the outbound and in the inbound flights. Further, on our way back they left us for 1.5 hours inside the aircraft before it took off due to an AC problem. This is unacceptable, as an older person or a small child could have easily felt sick.
