Bad Points

On many occasions I am left with a blank page for more than 10 minutes and a little wheel revolving in the top right hand corner.
The type face on the printing tends to be on the small side, making it difficult to read when one has poor vision.


General Comments

General layout of Internet Banking with HSBC is good, when I can receive it. Transfers and payments work immediately - good system.
After being able to log in the process is fine but I have had to use telephone banking recently as it is far quicker, but I do need to see my on line statements regularly.
