My joints (knees, elbows, fingers, back, feet, & shoulders) felt so much better. My mental moods were boosted. I had more energy than before I started taking it. Being more active I slowly began to lose weight and feel better about myself. It has worked for me!
Bad Points
I became tight on money and I had to quit taking Advanced Ambrotose for a while. The prices are alittle high but so is anything else that is worth it. I say it is worth it.
General Comments
I use the capsules which is very convenient and portable. It is a lot better than taking over-the-counter vitamins; my body defintiely feels the difference. My brother and sister-inlaw introduced me to Mannatech products. The children's gummy bear vitamins are really great for chidren. My niece and nephew have benefited greatly from these vitamins.
