General Comments

I purchased a Kenwood CSJi25 (1KW) series microwave a few months back as it was on offer with 25% off, so I thought I might give on a try for my new home.

After less than a month of light usage, there was no response from any of the buttons, so I returned it to get it replaced. I got a near-identical model (also csj series) which after ten weeks of (also) light use has resorted to the turntable moving and the interior light on instead if it working. I also returned it and had it replaced under warranty. The third CSJ model lasted as long as the second, and I have been told that I can only replace it with another kenwood model. Therefore, I am recycling this unit and not buying another Kenwood with the loss of £150.

After my personal experience, I would strongly advise against the Kenwood CSJ model range.
