Took full year's premium after death of dog within 5 weeks!
General Comments
We took the 6 weeks free that was offered with a puppy which fell ill shortly afterwards. The puppy lived until it was 19 weeks - we got it at 8 weeks, got 6 weeks free and then had it for 5 weeks under the 'paid' insurance. They deduct the whole year's premium from the payout - plus £50 - plus 10%. I would NEVER use them again.
