Always travelled to America with travelcity, had no problems at all, staff always helpful
Bad Points
No bad points with company until I booked my holiday on the 11.9.08 online they accepted my payment, then went into administration then when you tried to contact them the web site had closed and all you got when phoning was a recorded message no explanation whatsoever after constant letter writing eventually got my money back. Then I receive a brochure to say were back.
General Comments
On the whole travelcity were great but felt let down when they went into administration because people were left high and dry with no explanation.
