We will be taking ours back. We have tried since Christmas day, 8 days ago to set our password and it will not accept anything from 3 different people. My daughter is very upset that we cannot get it to work and frankly I am to for the price that we paid. The biggest rip off since water!!

Try using an open paper clip and pushing in between where the journal opens as there is a little catch that can be pushed in.....you can then reset the password
