Staff were superb, friendly and made my 10 year old son feel like a star. A+A+
Bad Points
Nationwide next door were rude and did not give a damn! The greeting girl said"Have you got ID? I said yes. Has he (That'll be my 10 year old son then) ? I said Yes. She looked dissapointed. I was disgusted with her attitude. Went next door to Abbey, how good are they? Brilliant.
General Comments
My son has £10,000 + invested elsewhere. Because of the way Abbey treated him today, all of his money is going to be moved to the Abbey. I have a large Mortgage with Nationwide, but we are moving our mortgage to Abbey too.
Customer service means a lot. The guy at Abbey was superb, a credit to the company.
