Flight to Madrid left late, so luggage missed connection. It was promised early next morning, but didn't show up till 50 hours (1 bag out of 3) and 70 hours (remaining 2 bags) later. CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS WERE NON-FUNCTIONAL!!
General Comments
We spent 3 days trying Iberia customer service numbers in 3 countries: consistently no answer, busy, or disconnected before talking to an agent.
Tried to get customer service help in Madrid (in English), result was blank stares and random phrases that had no tie to the topic.
