We traveled with TCD about 15 times over the years with no problems. We were actually away when they went bust, but they were still professional until the end as we were put up in a great hotel for the night at no extra cost to ourselves until a flight could be arranged for our return to the uk.
Bad Points
We never had any bad experiences with them at all.
General Comments
Overall as ever, TravelCityDirect, excellent value for money and a great holiday and well planned. Very easy to book on line and pay or change anything. I have heard they are back in January 209, hope so, it would be good to see them Trading again. I would book with them again
