Great hotel. The staff are superb. The food was great and the room with view over the town just right.
What a lovely town Puerto de La Cruise is. All the shopping you could want with lovely seafront. Plenty of restaurants if you need them catering for everyone.
There are steps back up to the hotel, give them a try, they aren't too bad.
The rep was not very helpful. If you want her you have to go to the hotel next door and at very odd times when you should be out enjoying yourselves. Luckily we didn't need her.
This time of year in northern Tenerife is perfect. 70 to 80 deg every day, no rain.
