General Comments

I have bought from Novatech several times in the past and all orders have gone through great!

I ordered a GigaByte GA-P35C-DS3R motherboard for my new system. After two weeks the motherboard began to die, it wouldn't start properly (took about 5 attempts to get it to post), BSODs every 20 minutes etc... I opened up Novatech's site and opened an RMA. They responded the same day and it was arranged that I would send it back to them and they would test it, sure enough, the day after they had received it, it was on the work bench being tested. They said that there was defiantly a problem with it and that they would send another out, but instead I asked for a different motherboard. I found the motherboard and they sent it out next day delivery, of course I had to pay the difference in price between the old and the new motherboard (it was a £40 difference, but the new motherboard was a lot better anyway) and after that I was extremely happy.

Will defiantly buy from Novatech.co.uk again!
