Excellent game, great fun. Especially if you have friends that also have the same game and can link up over the internet. If you don't then this game can become repetative and slightly boring.
Love the graphics, charaters and controls. Well worth the money. If you can purchase game without the stering wheel I would recomend this as the wheel is not that helpful and I find it easier without.

The video shown looks like it is largely Mario Kart DS updated for the Wii. A lot of the courses are the same (or similar at least) and the unique carts per character are also there.
