Excellent service, take off all the pressure, think banking are excellent too.

General Comments

My husband and I have been with Gregory Pennington and think banking for two years and in just over a year will both be debt free for the first time in ten years. We were a young couple with dependants with mounting debts, nowhere near enough coming in to cover everything going out. We had numerous letters and phone calls daily and didn't know where to turn. We tried contacting cccs and were given an appointment for six weeks time, no where near quick enough. From the moment we contacted gp a weight was lifted, we were given a reference number to give any creditors that contacted us, and the creditors instantly backed off instead of threatening us. gp also gave us advise on what bills we had to pay and arrange arrears repayments on (e.g. rent, water rates) and organised everything else. All interest was frozen, yes our credit rate was affected but o be honest it couldn ' t have got much worse. we have a think banking account and we love it, they are easy to get in touch with, helpful and sort out all your budgeting so you never miss a dd or standing order again, you know exactly where you are with your money and very flexible for last minute changes. The best thing we have ever done and we are well on the way to getting our life back.
