The Gaggia Titanium Looks good on the cabinet and makes a decent lukewarm cup of coffee. Also had the "ventilate" issue, but was able to solve it after an abundant amount of research on the internet. Prior to this issue, my main complaint was that it only served a lukewarm cup of coffee, despite the fact that I bumped all the temperature settings to maximum. It's a shame to pay this much for a machine, and then have to put each serving in the microwave before you can drink it. Would not recommend. If given as a gift, make sure you get a gift receipt.
