Good Inernet Service Provider. Good Agents who are trained by ofshore people to take customer calls(both technical & billing). Excellent Customer Service
General Comments
Through Out UK - People really dont respect. Today in an age where Vista and XP are the Operating systems, there are really backward people who still use Windows 95 & 98. Yet want technical Support. There are some who dont know what service they use and who is their ISP. Maximum dont know how to use a computer and really shout at the top of their voice and pass rude comments on.

I disagree with this review because the product itself is poor. I found Orange broadband to be unreliable & speed seems well below capability of the line. Customer service is non existent
