Technically, absolutely EVERYTHING! The second best feature is probably the 'feeding time bell,' and the sound of a Vegas slot machine with the food 'pay off.' The kids go crazy for it! This unit gives me freedom...Can you put a price on freedom? No way!
But--by far--the best feature: THE FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had two very MINOR issues (over >year), both of them due to 'operator issues.' The responsiveness of the PPF service team blew my mind! You can be 1000% sure that if you ever have even the SLIGHTEST problem, the PPF team will dance attendance on you and your pets' needs. I cannot say enough about the customer service!
I wish that the LCD display was easier on my 'old eyes' ...and that it was higher, so as to be easier on my 'old body.' But given that I rarely have to change it, it's a long, LONG way from reducing my rating of a perfect 10.
Before me and my PPF settled in, I thought that I was foolish for spending this much money on a pet feeder. But it was among the best investments I've made. You won't be sorry.
