Good Points

Clean cabin friendly staff. Although the flight was delayed leaving Manchester and in turn we risked missing our Delhi connection flight at CDG, Air France ground staff were amazing. They met us off the flight and escorted us quickly through CDG to meet our connecting flight - fantastic ground staff service.


Bad Points

Old plane, no seat back/audio entertainment sets on a 8 hour flight! Very cramped conditions in economy and the plane was freezing on the night flight Delhi to Paris.


General Comments

I would fly with Air France again, however prob not on a flight exceeding 3 or 4 hours. The inflight entertainment was so limited and facilities very poor for long-haul journeys.
