Had problems with customer service and late payouts on my previous dog.
Premiums doubled in the last 2.5 years.
General Comments
2.5 years ago I was insuring 2 dogs for the premium I'm now paying for 1 dog. I've never claimed until a small ear problem a few weeks ago. I could never have 2 dogs anymore as I just couldn't afford the insurance.
I'm now paying £39 per month for an Itaian Spinone. When I called and asked why the big hike in premium for a dog I've never claimed for they blamed medicines charges have risen by over 100% EU laws and animal medicines being re-licenced.
