I feel the website is not user friendly and the music selection is limited - When I called customer service and told the representive my concerns ( who was very hard to understand - due to poor English) he just said I am sorry - there was nothing done to try to resolve my issues. My new MP3 player came with "50 free songs" from emusic so I went onto the website and signed up - you have to subscibe to get the 50 free songs - within mintues after subscribing I realized the artist I liked were not on this website so I cancelled. However I was still charged for one month - because of their no refund policy.
